Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services on this website. By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
By using this website and purchasing services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Services and Professional Disclaimer
I provide career pivot guidance and coaching based on personal experience. Each virtual session is 45 minutes long. The current rate is $80 per session. This pricing is subject to change at my discretion.

These coaching services are separate from therapy or clinical counseling. I am currently in the process of obtaining official licensure as a therapist. Use of this site or participation in coaching sessions does not create a therapist-client or any other legally privileged relationship.

I provide tools to help you craft a plan and execute goals. I do not guarantee specific outcomes like job offers, salary increases, or career success.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payments must be made in full within 12 hours of your completed session.

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds for any services rendered.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a charge for the full session fee.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim arising out of these services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session in question. I am not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms follow the laws of the State of California. Any legal action arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is my property and protected by copyright laws. This includes text, graphics, and coaching materials. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without my express written permission.

7. Termination
I reserve the right to end or suspend access to my services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that I deem inappropriate or unprofessional.
